Custom-Made Product Return Policy

At KB Tradex, we strive to provide our customers with high-quality custom-made products tailored to their preferences. However, we understand that there may be occasions where a customer may need to return a custom-made item. Please read our return policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Eligibility for Returns:

Custom-made products are eligible for return only in the following circumstances:

  • The product is defective or damaged upon receipt.
  • The product does not match the specifications provided by the customer.

Products that are personalized or customized based on the customer’s specific requirements cannot be returned for reasons other than those mentioned above.

2. Return Process:

To initiate a return, the customer must contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving the product, providing details of the issue and any supporting evidence such as photographs.
Once the return request is approved, the customer will receive instructions on how to return the item.
The customer is responsible for the cost of both production and delivery for the return of custom-made items, except in cases where the product is defective or damaged.

3. Condition of Returned Items:

The returned custom-made product must be in its original condition, unworn, unused, and with all tags and packaging intact.
KB Tradex reserves the right to reject returns if the product shows signs of wear and tear or damage caused by the customer.
Customers are responsible for carefully repackaging the item in its original packaging to prevent damage during transit.
Any damage incurred during the return shipping due to improper packaging will be the customer’s responsibility.

4. Refund Process:

Upon receiving the returned item and verifying its condition, KB Tradex will process the refund within 14 days.
Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
The refund amount will exclude the initial production and delivery charges incurred by the customer.

5. Exchange Policy:

KB Tradex does not offer direct exchanges for custom-made products. Customers may request a refund for the returned item and place a new order for an alternative product.

6. Cancellation Policy:

Once production of your custom-made item has commenced, cancellations may not be possible. However, please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel your order, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

7. Non-Returnable Items:

Custom-made products that have been personalized or customized based on the customer’s specifications cannot be returned unless defective or damaged.

8. Customer Responsibility:

Customers are responsible for providing accurate specifications and details when placing their custom-made orders.
KB Tradex will not be held liable for any discrepancies or dissatisfaction arising from inaccuracies in the information provided by the customer.
